- Initial assessment – important information is acquired in the stage and allows me to give current feedback on diet, lifestyle, movement patters etc. This process helps me create an individualized program for you.
- A 4 week training cycle that includes: a description, progressions, and sets
- 3, 4, 5 day programs are available.
- Online support – Get your questions answered (all questions are responded to in a timely manner. You will get a response!) This will be a huge part to your success. Knowledge is power
- Weekly diet adjustments to help maximize your energy levels, and fast track your results.
- Weekly weigh-ins, progress pictures, and nutritional adjustments to keep you on track
- Supplement protocol recommendations to help optimize performance and well-being
